I've been waking up a lot during the middle of the night recently and due to these reasons, I've been getting very erratic bbts.
I've marked all of the irregular sleeps in FF with white circled dots and I'm just wondering if it's normal for people to have lower bbts when they wake up in the middle of the night and temp without getting the straight 3 hours.
Do temps shoot up, or drop if you don't get enough sleep or does it depend on each woman's metabolism? Thanks for the clarifications.
