ok so i am almost 100% positive i Od on CD19, i had hectic O pain and slight spotting. but my temps are not rising!?
ft says that i Od but ff says not.
i have never had ovulation spotting before. could it have been something else? could the O pains have been something else too?
I dont normally have fertile cm and i had what seemed like water cm on that day (very little i am normally dry so it was different for me)
im so confused. can you O a few days after O spotting?

Since there was no thermal shift I think it was something else. No idea what, but it doesn't look like you Oed.

I really don't understand why FT has marked you as ovulating. They don't seem to be using any of the rules from the Fertility Awareness Method to mark your o date. My guess is they marked that day because you had ewcm and a temp spike but I don't think it is accurate. You may have geared up to ovulate on that day but I don't see a thermal shift.
Your temps went up and right back down. I would keep bding regularly until you get a clearer picture of what is going on. I think you may ovulate a bit later.

Spotting can be related to elevated estrogen levels, such as when your body is trying to ovulate. After menstruation, when you have CM or spotting - it's considered fertile. If you have both mixed together, it's very fertile. Looks like your body geared up to ovulate and just didn't go through with it, very typical of PCOS. Keep tracking, your body might try again sooner or later.

This is also very normal PP, so don't be too discouraged yet. This is normal after having a baby!

Well you can only confirm cysts with ultrasound. Each time your body tries to ovulate, it can generate pain that is similar to cystic pain. It can even be very sharp pain. It could be cysts, but they usually shrink during pregnancy due to the high levels of progesterone and it can take some time for them to come back again.

ok, i understand what you are saying but i know exactly what a cyst feels like. i used to get loads of them. I know that during my pg they cleared right up.
right now i have a stabbing pain on the right hand side that emits down into my leg and i can feel it in my back. im sure its another cyst.
its just so disheartening knowing that these cyst could be screwing up my body! i would like to regulate my hormones because we want to start trying again in Jan.

Has your doctor tried Metformin or Vitamin D to prevent cysts?

busy looking into metformin right now. the only thing is i do ovulate already but very late and i dont know if its going to help this or make it worse. coz i know it makes women who dont ovulate, ovulate but im worried will stop me from ovulating.
doc doesnt use this with people that dont have the IR factor. so i have to get enough info to prove that it may work with me even though im not ir

Metformin won't make it worse. Either it can help improve your cycles so you ovulate earlier or it just won't do anything. Ovulating late isn't a problem for TTC though, as long as you're ovulating. We've conceived as a result of ovulation as late as CD23, CD 38, CD50, and CD58. I have PCOS too.
