Between waking up at night with a newborn and all the holiday traveling, I'm really debating on whether or not I should bother charting my temp or just chart CM and other O signs for now. I am charting to avoid/NTNP so I *would* like to know if I've Oed so I know we don't need other protection, but not sure how accurate it would be.

How do you guys keep accurate temps when you travel?

If for some reason you don't get the full three hours of sleep before you temp, how big of a difference does it make for you?

I would probably continue to do it and hopefully you'd see a big enough shift around when you O'd. I find that if I don't have 3 hours of sleep it doesn't make such a huge difference that it would mess up my temps around O. Maybe just temp for a few weeks and see you're seeing a clear enough shift?

When I went on vacation I missed a few temps but I still charted them as much as I could. If you think it is going to be too much to keep up with just chart your cm and other symptoms. You could also try using OPKs this month. It might make things a little easier if you need to skip temping for a while.
