Okay, so I KNOW one temp means nothing, but I finally got one on my chart so of course I'm obsessing.

My temp today was 97.49, which is normally a post O temp for me (on all of my charts, the highest pre O temp is over 1 degree lower than the one today and most are quite a bit lower).

I had some cramping recently so I wonder if I Oed?? I am expecting my period in about 10 days based on when I got it with DD, so it would make since I would have already Oed ifI was going too.

Okay sorry. I HAD to ask. I know it's impossible to really know.

It's tough to say without a chart to actually look at. I was trying to imagine it all in my head and it just made me dizzy!

Do you chart on FF or anything that you can post a link to?

Cramping periodically during the first few months after birth is completely normal, especially the more babies you have. Remember, your uterus is still contracting down to it's regular size.

Don't compare your temps after baby to your temps before baby. Having a baby can reset your patterns of fertility, including your pre and post O temp levels. You have to start over from scratch and see what your new temp ranges are. Having a baby can also reset your mucus patterns, so if a particular kind of mucus was part of your Basic Infertile Pattern before baby - it may not be infertile for you this time. You have to re-establish the Basic Infertile Pattern after each baby because of the way pregnancy/birth change the parts of the cervix where mucus is produced.

I was going to say the same thing. Your charts may look different now than they did before.

Is this spotting you are having a new thing? You have had a whole lot of spotting this month.

Yeah. I think it's leftover postpartum bleeding. I hardly bled at all after having Liam, mostly just spotting. It's been 3.5 weeks. The same thing happened with my daughter.
