I have tried with two different Visa cards to sign up for the vip membership on FF and it has declined both cards (different times and days), I know for certain that the cards work and there are no restrictions on the cards (called the bank to check).

The only thing I can think of is where you enter the billing address. It is just one large box for the street address, town and state.

I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing wrong or if it's an issue with FF.

Just a thought...I believe FF is based out of Canada...I have signed up for the VIP two times now (with a mastercard) and both times I was charged a foreign transaction fee. Maybe that's why?

Thank you, I didn't know that. I'll call my bank again, I just don't want to have to say Fertility Friend to them on the phone (weird I know lol).

I called my credit card company after I received the foreign transaction fee because it didn't tell me there would be one when I ordered (I didn't know they existed, actually!) and I wanted to know what it was. Maybe your card has a block on transactions with other countries?

Do you have a Paypal account? I used that about 2 days ago to renew my VIP with no problem. I am from Canada, but I'm thinking Paypal shouldn't matter either way?

No, I don't have PayPal set up right now, but I suppose it is very handy to have so I will get it going. Thanks for all the tips girls
