Do you chart what your CM is like everyday? I just started using Fertility Friend...which is super cool! I was just curious if you chart that everyday or not...

Yes, FF is great I do chart cm daily (except when af is around), it can really help with pin pointing your fertile days.

I do. The daily CMJ record is really important for assessing whether I'm fertile or infertile on any given day.

I have only charted for one month and I have found it hard to track CM during BDing times. Kind of not pleasant but realistically it's hard to determine what is SF and what is actual CM. I wanted to ask some of you others about that but I was afraid it's TMI. How do you guys go about this on your charts?

First, yes, I do chart my CM every day.

As for determining what is CM and what is SF, you can always do the old water in a glass trick. Drop some of said fluid into the water. If it dissipates, it was SF. If it turns to a ball and sinks to the bottom, it's CM.

I quit tracking CM after fertile CM disappeared ... I just kind of lost interested in it after that.

I haven't been charting it much because with DH and I BD'ing around when I think I will O it makes it hard to tell if it is ewcm or semen.

Gonnatry, I am LMBO with the "fiddle down there" comment. Too funny.

Good trick with the water to determine what is CM and what is SF. Thanks
