When would you call the doctor? When you get a faint HPT? Or when your HPT gets darker?

I would wait till you are about 14dpo with another hpt. There is still time to schedule an early scan at that time, unless your dr. books up fast than I would give them a call right away.

Girl, I got my BFP on a Saturday and called to schedule an appointment that Monday morning! I was so excited! Granted, they didnt see me for another month, but I was too excited not to call and schedule one.

I would call right away. HPTs don't always get darker and you'd cause yourself some highly unlikely worry if you waited until they were darker to call.

I called and my doctor isn't in this afternoon. So they left her a message for tomorrow. And they said HPT's are just as good as a Urine Test at the doctor's, but they could do a blood test. So I asked for a blood test and will see what the doctor says tomorrow.

I would call mine right away to book because it always takes a week or 2 for her earliest appt anyway
