I don't think I need to now.....

My temp took a nosedive today and I'm spotting. I'm so frustrated and upset. Plus, I don't even know how accurate my temps are as I can't sleep for a solid 3 hours before my alarm goes off (because I'm so anxious about this).

Technically my temp is still about the coverline and I'm only just spotting...my bbs are throbbing right now and I'm exhausted....so I guess there's a tiny sliver of hope. If my temp is about the CL, I'm going to test tomorrow.

Oh honey, I can feel the anxiety in your words. I looked at your chart, and it looks great, all temps are above your CL! Have you searched through the charts to see how others look with a pregnancy? Doing that has calmed me down some since I started charting this month. Lots of ladies still be BFP when their temps dip!

As for anxiety and stress, I can totally relate, esp during the 2ww. Today, I had a break down at work b/c I've had a migraine every other day since Thursday. Someone mentioned stress as the cause (they know we are TTC and in the 2ww) to me and I lost it. Stress is so hard to measure and there is almost nothing you can do about it! That is frustrating to me !

I am sending you positive vibes and baby dust! Oh, I was going to ask if your symptoms are out of the ordinary? Test tomorrow regardless and KUP!!

Thanks so much Jessica! I did do a search for other charts with similar post-O temps and I did find some with big dips past 10 DPO....so I guess there's still hope. What I really need is to get a good night's sleep and see what the temp is -- Friday's, Sunday's, and Monday's were messed up due to sleep deprivation.

(Okay, what I REALLY need is to take a test tomorrow and have a BFP show up!!!!)

My bbs have been hurting a lot lately -- they hurt when I wake up, they're sore throughout the day, and I'm very "aware" of them. I still don't know what ordinary is, as this is only my third cycle off BCP -- I've had sore bbs the last two cycles but they felt different this time (of course, how much of that could just be wishful thinking!). I've been really, really tired too -- not just on nights when I mark down sleep deprived -- but I've been just exhausted when I come home from work. So I don't know about these symptoms....could be AF, could be PG.

FF has AF showing up on Wednesday. I'm testing tomorrow (Tuesday). I'll keep you updated! Thanks again!

BFN this morning -- which I was prepared for. FF didn't want me to test until 19 DPO so maybe it's still too early. Temp hasn't really rebounded -- it actually went up .02 degrees, although the last two mornings I've had to check "sleep deprived", so who knows how accurate that is -- but it didn't plummet again. So that's good, right???

Yes, that is good! It ain't till the witch shows up! I also got a BFN this am with a FRER, I am so sick of looking at negative results. Hope you have a good day!
