Could it be my period might be starting soon??

I sure hope so.

My temps are trending downwards but not like a steep drop you would expect for AF. I'm on CD 32 but I have only been temping the last week or so. I'm hoping I see some sort of pattern soon (going to be charting to avoid until I can start BCP).


For downward trending temps does it normally happen before O or before AF??

My chart has looked both ways...a few day decrease and a big drop before AF. Usually it doesn't dip really low until it's during AF. I have also had a dip at O time too. Hmmm...I guess that doesn't help you too much then does it?? lol

Well it looks like your temp went back up. I don't know what to make of your chart. I hope something happens for you soon.
