Here are pictures from our backyard this morning:

This was around 9:00 this morning...we're supposed to get a few more inches of snow, plus a lot of wind! We've got a blizzard warning until midnight!

It took my DH over 2 hours to snowblow our driveway and sidewalks. Guess we won't be going anywhere today!!

OMGosh you do have a lot! I think this is what is coming our way. We probably have about 4 inches or so right now. We are a little outside of the warning area so we may not get hit as hard. I think they are saying 6-12 inches. I know we got a bunch last night. If we get a lot I will take more pictures.

Call my crazy but I love snow. even with being snowed in for two weeks last winter , I still want some snow this year too. I just dont wanna be snowed in again. 3-4 inches would be nice.

Oh, I would love to stomp around in that snow! And to be able to miss school (Im a teacher) cuddle up with a bunch of movies, make some hot cocoa, wear my warm pj's all day! Am I setting a good scene for you all? I don't see how can you complain about that, lol. Instead, we are having record HIGHS in SoFla...yuck! Sweaty, hot and humid!

Oh I wish that was how my day went!! I took the opportunity to spend 6 hours working on grad school homework and my PDP (we have to do one every 5 years in WI to stay licensed as a teacher). Now that's the real life of a teacher on a snow day!

Although...I'd take that over the 2+ hours my hubby spent shoveling/snowblowing.

Ok, DS and I did get to play outside for a bit and I got caught up on my soap...so I'm definitely NOT complaining about having a day off. But I would rather be in my swimsuit on the beach in your sweaty, hot and humid temps!
