So this is my first cycle charting, it's also my first cycle off of BCP which has messed a few things up for me. I'm typically a 27/28 day cycle girl. But according to FF I O'd late. Patty said it would most likely push AF back.. Since about 3DPO I'd been having a lot of symptoms that pointed to possibly being pregnant. Plus me and DH had BDed right around my O date. So then at 6DPO my temp spiked, and then at 7DPO it dipped, I was told it was normal and could be implantation.. 8DPO it still was down.. then today it went even lower.. I have had AF cramps all morning long, it's CD 28 for me which is what I would expect.. I keep feeling 'stuff' flowing down there but when I go to the bathroom it's just gobs of creamy CM. Now *knock on wood* the cramps are pretty much fading.. and still no AF... anyone have any insight? Is AF coming or do I still have a few days? And is she inevitable due to my low temps??

Hi.. I ovulated late on my first cycle (last cycle) off BCP.. around CD 19 or 20 (based on OPKs). My luteal phase was 14 days so my AF came CD 34. I also had lots of creamy CM for a week before my first natural AF. And every pregnancy symptom under the sun except for nausea.
Sorry I don't have much insight.. your temps are getting lower.. if you have an LP on the shorter end then AF could be coming but it's hard to say because it's your first cycle off the pill..
How long were you on BCP? And when you said that your cycle is usually 27/28 days, were you referring to your pre-BCP cycles?

I don't have much advice for you as far as charting goes since I am very new to charting myself. That being said, last month was my first cycle off bcp. I had every pregnancy symptom under the sun, from creamy cm to sore breast. I did not chart or use opk last cycle so I have no clue as to when or if I O'ed however AF showed her face two days earlier then I would have suspected. I think that our bodies get messed up when stopping the bcp and the symptoms we get from it are very much like early pregnancy symptoms.

Oh I'm with the others and not even close to a charting expert, but I always say, it ain't over till AF shows! I've heard others say that creamy CM can be a good sign that a BFP is on its way. And, also, my dr told me that the first 3 months off BCP are the best months to get PG. Lol, it def didn't work for me, but who knows? He wouldn't have said that if he didn't have experience with it working! KUP!

I was actually only on it for one month/cycle.. and pre-BC my cycle was 27/28 days.. last month (my BCP month) I had a 25 day cycle. I was hoping not to be 'too' messed up because I only took it for one month.. I stopped because, well it's another story. Anyways I'm just feeing like AF wants to come but she's not so idk.. I'm hoping i'm not out yet I just have a feeling...
