I usually do butter Spritz cookies, but I haven't been able to find my cookie gun. I've gotta make some Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies for Danny. I'll probably do that tomorrow while it's piling up out there.

Are you doing any baking?

Have you done any already?

What have you/are you planning to make?

I feel like I have been living in the kitchen for the past week! lol.

I've made sugar cookies and have spent LOTS of time decorating them. I've also made shortbread cookies, peppermint fudge, chocolate truffles, mexican wedding cookies and today I tried to make those rolled cookie sticks and that was a disaster...wasted 2 hours of my morning on those. I am about to make some more sugar cookies and then I am going to make these jam filled cream cheese cookies. And probably some more mexican wedding cookies tomorrow or Sunday. Whew!
