So... I just turned 35 this year, but I've had a fair number of gray hairs for YEARS now.

Well, I decided to dye the 'ol hair. I picked up this kit by L'oreal that has a base color kit as well as a highlight kit!!

The color I picked is called Cherry Chocolate Mousse. It's a brown base with Darkest Mahogany highlights. I've never used this one before, but the picture on the box looks really pretty.

Here's a "Before" shot!

So... Wish me luck!!

It sounds pretty ... and delicious actually ... now I'm craving dessert.

Best wishes! Will be looking forward to seeing the after photo.

HA HA!!! I know, right?

Well... it's done...

Just for a side by side comparison... first Before... then After!

I'm quite pleased with it! The highlights in the front are a bit thick... but it was my first time highlighting my own hair, so I cut myself a bit of slack!

I like it, you did a great job for a first timer too !! I usually pay around $80 for highlights alone, however if I could do as good of a job as you did I could save some major $$$.

Seriously!! I TOTALLY recommend that kit! It was so easy... and there are two different applicators for the highlights... one that looks like a pair of tweezers with sponges in between and one that looks like a giant mascara wand. SO SO easy!!

Skincare, cosmetics, haircare, haircolor, hair styling and men's line : L'Oral Paris

Can't go wrong for $15 bucks!!

Go for it!!! I can't tell you how many times I walked into that same Walgreen's, picked up the box, looked at it, read the box, put it down, picked it back up, looked at the picture, etc.

I'm so glad I did!
