What day should I actually use as my start date on my chart? I had really odd bleeding this cycle because I did something really silly...

After I O'd last cycle, I felt really sick for a few days and I thought I was taking phenergan for my belly, but I had actually been taking Provera(both bottles looked the same and I guess I didn't think to read it), so it made me start real early. So, now I dunno if I should use the first day or the days when I had an actually period.
