AF showed today (xposted)

I am very sad but kind of relieved. I didn't want to have to go get my beta done on Monday. I already knew it was over and didn't want to be more depressed on Monday. Now that she is here I can move forward.

Dh and I have talked a bunch of times. I am not sure what we are going to do yet. I am kind of waiting to see what the doctor says. At first I wanted to wait a few months but after talking to dh I think we will probably try a FET as soon as we can. I am just not sure how long to wait, how many embryos to transfer, etc. I just don't know what the right thing to do is. Part of me wants to just call it quits but knowing that I still have 5 frozen embryos, I just can't yet.

Plus, I said when I started this that I was going to give it three tries and I am finding myself wimping out on my own plan. I just don't want to feel like this again. It is affecting my life too much.

OH Patty, I know this is bitter sweet for you. (((HUGS))) I wish you well in whatever you decide to do next. I hope that one day soon you will have moo number 5.

I agree with Krista...it has to be bittersweet. I am so sorry that things didn't work out this cycle, Patty. I truly hope that you get your BFP soon!

Ugh, what a double edged sword. I can understand what you mean though... I've always preferred to see AF than a BFN.

I think it's all so fresh and raw right now, that's why you are feeling like you want to throw in the towel. I think and hope that as the days go by, you'll be ready to jump right back into the saddle and get started on Try #2.

In the meantime, please know that we all love you and are here for you... No Matter What!!
