Personally, I'm highly questioning of your first few temps. In all the charts I've seen I haven't seen temps below 95. Is it possible it's quite cold in your room and you sometimes sleep with your mouth open? Kind of a long shot but temps that low just don't seem right.

Maybe you could try temping vaginally and see if it makes a difference in the range of temperatures you're getting.

Side note .. the link in your post doesn't go to your chart, it goes to the chart of the person clicking on the link. You need to copy the one in your sig: 1b045c Ovulation Charts Hope that helps

i agree, it doesnt look like your temps are accurate. I would try temping vaginally. That seems to help me out alot. The temps are more accurate. most charts dont have temps as low as yours.

I agree. My temps were all over the place when I temped orally. I would switch to temping vaginally right now and just discard those temps you have and see what happens. Good luck!

I agree. I really think those initial temps must have been wrong... either you misread your BBT or the BBT was acting up.

Mild hypothermia sets in when body temperature drops below 95 degrees and moderate hypothermia sets in when body temperature drops below 93 degrees.

I tend to think you would know if you had a mild or moderate case of hypothermia...

Perhaps you are breathing through your mouth while you are sleeping... that has been known to make temps weird.

I agree with Krista... vaginal temping is certainly worth a try.

I definitely agree with what the other ladies said. I had really low temps before I started temping vaginally (and weird spikes here and there.) If you change it now, then you still should be able to see your thermal shift when it happens.
