Hey ladies, I was wondering if every woman gets EWCM at time of O? I am pretty sure I O'd this month, but I never got (or ever seen myself get) EWCM. It was very watery but not stretchy. Is this a problem? TIA

No, not all women get EWCM. I have only had what I could definitely call EWCM one cycle (but I haven't been paying attention my whole life or anything).
EWCM is the most fertile CM, but other kinds like watery or creamy can also be fertile. I got pregnant without having any EWCM, so it's definitely possible I was taking off-brand Mucinex that month to make my CM wetter, but I definitely never noticed EWCM.

Thanks for the help. I would start to take Mucinex but I get scared because I am on high blood pressure medication.

Every woman's CM is unique to her, so don't be concerned. As long as it produces a wet or slippery feeling, there's enough for conception to occur and it actually doesn't matter too much what it looks like.
