Ok so I was playing around with my chart (Tomorrows temp) and according to FF as long as my temp stays above 97.21 I will have ovulated on CD 16. I am CD18 now and thinking I am Oing today. I got my first + OPK on CD 16 (at around 11 AM) and another on CD 17. I did not test today. Is it possible that I O'd on the day of my first + OPK and then had a another + the next day? And what do the dotted line CHs mean?

It is possible to O the same day as a + OPK. That's usually what happens to me.

It is also possible that the first + OPK was catching your LH surge on it's way up and the second + was your surge on it's way down.

The blue dotted lines are what FF does to connect days when you have temps missing.

If while you were playing with your temps in FF it gave you actual dotted CH's, those are because something about your fertile signs has FF unsure. Things like fertile CM after O or a second + OPK can cause dotted CH's.

They're really nothing to worry much about... I've had dotted CH's that turned solid after a few days, so they may not stay dotted.

Hope that helps...
