Ladies, please tell me about your experiences with ferning microscopes. How do they compare to OPKs in accuracy and difficulty to interpret?

OPKs don't appear to like me much (this is my 2nd month doing them, no full positives, testing twice a day from cd10 onward, getting frustrated with having to hold my pee after being told to drink more water to have better quality CM.. just not working for me) so I am trying to broaden my options.

Thanks in advance!

I'm also interested in what people here have to say! I bought one last month from Amazon and was so excited when it arrived nice and early! The thing did work though...I took it apart to change the batteries and they were completely corroded, so I sent the thing back. I was hoping for a more cost effective way to monitor my fertility, and this one seemed the way to go! I really want to get another one, hopefully that works though!

What brand did you get? I was checking out some reviews on the Maybe Mom one... seemed like once you get the hang of it, it works out pretty well. Apparently it'll show you 2 days before O and about 2 days after. That's a good range.

I got this one:

Amazon.com: Fertile Focus Ovulation Microscope: Health & Personal Care

I'm so bummed that it didn't work though!

I was also looking at the MaybeMom one, but thought I'd go with the "cheaper" one...that worked out so well! Guess I should just gone with my instinct and gotten the more expensive one! Plus, they sell the Maybe Mom at Target (cheaper than Amazon!), so that makes it more convenient!

I have one and use it almost ever day (cheapie one from walmart).. ( I don't use OPK's) I think it works good in conjunction with temping, cm checking and cervix checking. I think I maybe spent $10 on it.
