ladies how do i make my circle open on ff?..i got up late yesterday morning..

Just check sleep deprived on the specific section of FF. You will get the open (or white) circle

Sleep deprived is more for if you didn't get 3 solid hours of sleep, or had a lot of time during the night where you woke up or just didn't sleep... if you woke up and temped at a later time, say your regular time is 7am and you temped at 8 or 9, you would just put that time in and if it's long enough past your regular time it will give you an open circle

I take mine at 6 and today it wa 720 I entered it and it made my temp open
