Well, i tested yesterday big fat evap. won't call it a bfp or anything...

Then today, still no cramps, but I went from the 5th-11th with cramps just like AF...and then a teeny tiny bit of pink spotting on the 11th...then no cramps AT all...wth?

soooo I had an epiphany this morning. I did so because I woke up at 6:15 am with my alarm...and then i temped 97.68....pretty low?

I fell back asleep and woke up at 9 am. temped just for the hell of it...and it was 98.5.

Then it occured to me. My temps do vary ALOT with sleep. Then it really occured to me...I started temping on the 31st...at 10/11 am. My temp was in the 97.9s. But THEN DS had to go back to school. I started having to wake up at 6:15 am again..well by the 4th my temps were taken at 6:15 am...and they were in the 97.9s.

I completely missed my thermal shift because my temps were the same at different waking hours. I figure my adjusted temps for the 31st-3rd were in the 97.3s! If you use the rule of adjusting .1 for every 1/2 hour.

today i woke up with a temp dip...So Af is most likely due tomorrow because of my 16 day lp..

Here is what my chart looks like adjusted by me it is super imposed on another cycle...lol..i didn't want to fudge this cycle's chart.

i don't know how to do the temp adjuster thing, i only have basic membership..so this is what I got.

at least i don't feel so lost now...

Does anyone NOT agree that I should adjust those temps

If you are normally waking at 10 am and then changed your temp time to 6:15 I would not adjust your temps. They would not be accurate with that big of a temp time difference. I usually do not adjust my temps. I just use open circles. Normally, if my temp time is more than a 2 hour time difference I just discard the temp.

i am not adjusting the temps, it's just that I think that is why I missed my thermal shift...those days right before DS started school were actually lower....for the rest of my cycle i woke up at 6:15 am.

I'm not a fan of adjusting temps. I have my FF set to a default time of 5:40 b/c that's when I usually temp. If I take it earlier or later I change that temp and FF gives me an open circle.

did you mean time? Well, i am not a fan of adjusting either...but if it's necessary to see my thermal shift, i think I SHOULD take it into consideration. I guess everyone is missing my main point...because they have regular cycles. I occasionally have irregular cycles.

I am going to just say that I did o. when my temps were lower and my thermal shift came on the 4th. I had fertile cm that coincided with the low temps...so it looks right. So we will see if AF shows up.
