Okay, on CD 14 my OPK got darker and even darker but definitely not positive on CD 15 (in the morning). Then today, CD 16, my temp jumped. Did I O? I have never had a problem catching my surge with an OPK but this is my first cycle after having my son, so I don't know if that could have changed. I expected a positive OPK today but so far they are not (same as yesterday).
What do you think?

Thanks for any opinions.
Updated temp on 1/20. WDYT??
1/21 Nope, didn't O. Temp went down. Thanks for all the input everyone!
1/21 Positive OPK.

It's possible that you did O, but I would keep taking OPKs to see if they get darker, and see if your temp keeps going up.
ETA: Look at my chart. (This is my 2nd PP cycle) I've had several jumps but didn't have a positive OPK to coincide with them. I just had a dip again today with a positive OPK so I think I'm Oing today (or tomorrow at the latest).

Thanks. I see your chart and maybe mine is just doing that too. I'm still taking OPKs so I guess well see what happens tomorrow.

I havent used OPKs but do you test them in the morning or afternoon? I read that afternoon is the best. It could be a sign of Oing but you really need a couple more days of temps. Good luck!

I take one in the AM and PM.
I took one today and it's still the same so I think I might be about to and that was just a weird temp. We'll see. Thanks for the help!

No fertile CM today at all and the OPKs are a little lighter than yesterday. So either I Oed and missed the surge or my body brokedown, I think the latter is more likely.

I dont know. Tomorrow if there is another higher temp you might get crosshairs... You can test what FF will do by entering a temp a 10th higher than today and see

Looks good, you just need one more high temp and one more day of drying up to be sure. That's a pretty short CM build up though. Did you feel any CM prior to CD13 (even if you didn't see any)?

No, no CM before when I recorded it. I looked back at my old charts and I had as little as two days of fertile (watery, no EWCM) before O. I'll have to add all of my charts to my homepage.
Okay I added the other charts, there were only two full charts, but one of them had the two days of fertile CM.

Well, that cycle with only two days of watery had a few sticky days first - meaning the build up was 4 days long. 4 is still on the short side, but anything over 3 days is considered normal. The fertile phase begins on the first day of *any* CM at all, including sticky- because sperm can live in it up to 5 days.
The current chart is different because you went from nothing to only 3 days of CM. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Okay, I just looked back at those days and on my notes I have record very little creamy CM but for some reason put dry. The creamy started on CD 8. I think I put dry because there wasn't much of it. Should I change that?

I would definitely add that, it's very important. Dry means absolutely nothing felt or seen at all. With that new information, the mucus build up sounds much more normal and your chart looks extra promising.
And my gosh, you are one brave woman to TTC with a 1 year old and a 2 month old. You are wonder woman!

Oh okay. I added it. Thanks for the help.
Yeah, we're crazy we know. We love having ours close in age. Plus, it took a little bit to conceive our DD so we decided might as well. Also, our insurance changes in November and we have a $1000 deductible after that and nothing before that. But really, having them close in age is great. Reagan isn't jealous at all and just loves Liam so much.

Oh I totally understand, I like having mine close too. The first two are 12 months apart, then a break, and then 15 months between the last 3. At 2 months PP though, I'm usually still pretty sick of pregnancy. Takes a few more months for that to wear off for me.

Yeah, it took me about a month to get the rough end of pregnancy and the traumatic delivery and NICU stay, but after that, I was ready.

Good luck! I think you might have O'd. I don't think you are crazy... I think it would be fun to have kids that close together and was pretty much ready to have another one as soon as my son was born (but then I loved being pregnant). But my body just won't do that with BFing...I didn't get my first PP period until after I weaned him at 10 months, and I'm still waiting for things to normalize. More power to ya though!
