that happens to me too.... my pre O temps bounce around a lot and dropped a good bit after AF! Good luck

Yup, they can remain a bit higher or be a bit erratic during AF then come down and stay down until you O... for the most part anyway. If you look at other girls charts, like mine for example, I have PCOS so my temps are a bit all over the place

PP is right. Your temps will tend to be lower from after AF to the time you O. Once you O your time will rise and usually stay higher until AF shows again.

Yep. Mine used to do a real steep decline all the way until the day before O, then the day after I'd have a huge spike. Totally normal.
