Okay, DS didn't sleep until my temp time last night, so I of course have two temps, neither that are super accurate. And of course this is the temp I need to confirm O.

I normally temp at 4:30am.

Last night I temped at 3:05am with my room freezing, temp was 97.33.
I got up for about 20 minutes with DS.
Then I temped again after some more sleep (and turning on the heat lol) and it was 97.73 at 4:30am.


The FF adjusted temp (I know I know, not that accurate and I wouldn't bother, but I need this temp for CHs) is 97.61 based on the 3:05am temp.

If I use either the adjusted temp or 4:30am temp I will get CHs for yesterday as long as it stays up, but if I use the 3:05am temp I wont get CHs for yesterday (I really think I Oed, CM is gone, yesterday's OPK was as negative as they come, and the previous night's OPK was also obviously negative). And I always O the day after my last positive OPK.

Since it is for CH purposes... I'd probably go with the adjusted 3:05 temp. That's probably the closest to what it would've been... it was taken right at waking prior to moving around and all, kwim?
