Has anyone tried this to improve you CM? Did it confuse your charting at all?
I mean, does it make your CM more fertile throughout your cycle or just right around when it's at it's most fertile anyway.

I tried it for a few days right around O time last cycle and thought I *might* have noticed a difference. But I've read you are supposed to take it from CD1 through ovulation.

I took 2000mg of EPO from CD1 until just before O.. I didn't notice any EWCM really.. I had watery CM which is what I usually have before O, but maybe there were more days of it.
I DID O one day later than the cycle before, when I didn't take anything, but that might not be because of EPO. I might try it next cycle too.. can't hurt. I did notice I was more cheery at work so that was a plus
I wonder if I was taking too low a dose.. some people take 3000mg.
