I stopped taking my progestin only BC pills on thursday of last week, well that was last pill..

I started temping Wednesday last week, I had some cramping pinching pain on MOnday on the left side hip area, now I am achy and crampy in my lower back, I was under the impression that going off these pills would be like taking provera and I would start to bleed after I stopped taking them. do you think I am about to start or do you think I might have ovulated? I will link to my chart, If I play with my chart, meaning If I put two more hight temps I get cross hairs on MOnday which was the day I had pain, Idk just looking for some insight.

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with those meds.
