i had the most vivid pregnancy dream ever last night..i know i am only 3dpo but i have never had a dream where i got a positive test and then had a baby!  ..in the dream i took a test and it was positive i was really happy..it was like i was actually doing it for real..and then a week later i went into labor..this part was extremely vivid even down to the noise of my water breaking..turned out i was like one of those ladies in Didn't Know I Was Pregnant because i had a beautiful healthy baby boy..dbf came to the hospital to see us and i even saw the look in his eyes the first time he held our child..it was beautiful i was really sad to wake up  ..

Oh that's so sweet! I remember having dreams that are similar to yours, and you're right, it makes you not want to wake up!

yes i almost cried when i woke up..my senses were really heightened in the dream too..i could feel the labor and then after he was born..how soft his skin was and his warmth..every physical feature..it was unlike anything i have ever experienced..

I meant to write a couple nights ago that I had a preggo dream. I had 2 friends visiting that lived far away. I had 3 digital tests. One of my friends was already pregs and wanted to see the digi anyway. The other girl took it and it was neg but I took mine and although it was early. It was positive.
Needless to say I didnt take a preg test at 5 days past Oing

I also had a prego dream the night before last.....in my dream I went to the doctor and she told me I was 18 weeks pregnant. I was so confused as to how I could be almost to the half way mark and not even know it. LOL
I hope your dream is a good sign!

I had my THIRD bfp dream last night!! All within this 2WW! And i have lots of other symptoms and possibly got an extremely faint line on an Answer this morning! SO i hope its a good sign for all of us!

Cycle #1-9 - All Natural....5BFN's, 4BFP's (all ended in miscarriage)  Cycle #10-11 - Met with first RE, diagnosed with heterzygeous MTHFR mutation & slightly low SA on all counts. -BFN, Cycle #12 - First IUI+Trigger - BFN, Cycle #13 - BFN Cycle #14-15 - Met with new RE, diagnosed with a blocked right tube that previous RE completely overlooked or didnt care to mention. Soy (120mg) - BFN Cycle #16 - Clomid (100mg) - BFN, Cycle #17 - Clomid (100mg)+Trigger+IUI - BFN Cycle #18 - Acupuncture+Clomid (100mg) - BFN Cycle #19-27 - 2 Soy (160mg) cycles, the rest all natural also 30lbs lost!! - BFN's Cycle #28 - New RE is GREAT! Put on bcp 7/6/11, Lap surgery 8/1/11- Tubal cyst (5cm) found and removed, Uterine Septum removed, and Stage II-III endo removed. Cycle #29 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle #30 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle#31 - All Natural - BFN, DONE TTC FOR NOW

oh Ashley i hope that you are right!..i had my second bfp dream last night..i was using dollar store tests..but it was a very weird dream..because then it turned into a very vivid nightmare/sex dream ..

DH has had the same dream every night for the past 5 days. He said it's the same dream, but like each time he gets to see different parts and each time he sees us with 3 kids!! A 4 yr old girl, a 2 yr old girl and a baby boy!!
He gets so excited every month, with this one being no exception!! 
Whoa! Nightmare and Sex Dream should NOT be together. Ever.

aww what a sweet dream..my dbf gets excited too when he thinks we might be pg..and yes i agree those two things should not go together..my mind is doing some crazy things right now..fingers crossed it is a good sign!..
