Which temp would you use??

The one at the correct time but with less 45 minutes of sleep after being up for about 45 minutes.

Or the one 1.5 hours early with over 3 hours of sleep.

I would use the 3am temp, because you had uninterupted sleep, I don't think 45 mins is enough but maybe I am wrong!

The first temp upon waking with a least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
