Whoa. Yeah... it seems to be pretty obvious based on your "flow" that you've started a fresh cycle.

Unfortunately, I've not had this happen to me before... so I don't have any personal experience to pull from.

I am surprised that FF didn't automatically start a fresh cycle when you entered Light Menses! Did it feel like AF and everything? If it felt like a regular AF, then I would go ahead and split it.

Yeah, I'm surprised FF didn't split it automatically. I'd probably give it a few more days and see what FF and your body does before splitting it on your own.
I'm also surprised it's saying you O'd b/c I can't tell if you did or not...

I didn't feel like a regular af, I didn't get a bad headache, my skin didn't breakout as much and I haven't really had many cramps other than the day before it started.

I'm not sure. That seems pretty confusing. You O'd pretty early once I compared your old charts. Something is going on with your body. I think that I'd wait a couple more days to see what happens. Sorry, not much help!

Very weird. I would wait a few more days. I don't know why FF wouldn't have already done it??

I wouldn't. This bleeding could be related to ovulation. If you split the cycle, you could miss your thermal shift because you won't have the previous temperature data.

I don't know if FF will pick up on it, but it looks like you have a shift there starting on CD19. Ovulation bleeding is less common, but it's pretty easy to miss because most women think a new cycle is starting when that happens.

Thank you so much Shawna,
I think that you are right. I got an almost Pos OPK on CD 18 and when I did an OPK today there wasn't even a line.
