Well, I did my Answer test and it sure looks like a BFN to me.
My temp did go down some today, but it's still way above my CL and I still have no AF feelings. I did have a bit of a cry this morning. I'm frustrated. Then I'm scared.
I'm scared that drop in temp means something. But then I tell myself that 98.41 is still one heck of a temp for 14 dpo. I also would've thought that I would be feeling some of the other precursors to AF, like sore bbs... which I am not. My cervix is super high still, it feels in between soft and medium and I feel I can say with more certainty than ever... it is surely closed.
So I come back to frustrated.

Hi Nikki,
I'm sorry you are looking at a BFN this morning. I certainly know how disappointing they are to see. While I very much hope that you are pregnant, it is possible that the Clomid helped you to have a very strong ovulation this cycle leading to really nice temperatures and a longer than typical luteal phase for you. It is positive in that you are O-ing nicely but obviously, we all understand the disappointment if it turns out to be a not pregnant cycle. Hang in there. We're all with you!

Very disappointing. I wonder if the Clomid is increasing your LP? I would think that if either you don't get a bfp or AF in a day or two, I would call your dr. Maybe they can do a blood test just to see what's going on in there?

I don't know if it has something to do with the Clomid or not. It didn't extend my LP last time.
Would that also explain my lack of premenstrual symptoms altogether? I dunno.
FF did give me my Implantation Signs: Possibly Triphasic at 9 dpo message... so by it's reckoning, that would be on the late end of things.
I keep feeling wetness like AF is there, but every time I go check, my heart stops while I wipe... and there's nothing.
So technically... I'm 1 day late. And just saying that makes me think that maybe I just need to chill. If I weren't charting and doing all of this stuff... I wouldn't even KNOW that I'm late right now.
So I feel a little bit of every-freakin-thing right now. And that sucks.

Aww Nikki! I know where you are in worrying at this point, but I'd try not to let it bother you too much. Here's what I'm thinking...
You don't have your usual pre-AF symptoms. Clomid isn't going to mask or change this. Even if it extended your LP, at 14dpo you would be getting pre-AF symptoms regardless.
That wet feeling that you described is EXACTLY what so many girls talk about having right before their BFP. Ask Candace about this, I remember her talking about it the cycle she got pg.
Yes, your temperature dropped. But even with the drop, your temperature is almost as high as your high temps in previous cycles!
You think you implanted at 9dpo and that was in the evening. So if it started then, you probably wouldn't have started getting more hCG built up in your system until 10dpo, which was only 4 days ago. Yes, that's to the late end of when you want to implant, but it's not a bad thing as LOTS of women don't implant right away. So given that you have likely only had a bean implanted for 4 days and the levels double every 72 hours or so, you probably have another couple of days before you get a BFP.
So no panicking yet! Go and enjoy your nausea and keep us updated to what other things are going on. Oh, share some snow pictures!!

I had that wet feeling right around the time I got my BFP too. I thought for sure I was going to start and ran to the bathroom to look for bloody drawers. But no blood at all! I really hope this is a good sign for you!

This sounds so promising for you! With my first pregnancy I was so calm and zen like. I also had wetness and cramping that made me think AF was coming. It took me being a week late before I got a BFP. I never got an early BFP with any of my pregnancies. I bet you will get a BFP very soon! When do you plan to test again?
I know with the dollar tree tests they came up positive sooner than the others I took. So maybe do another dollar tree.
With my second pregnancy I tested negative one day but the very next day it was positive, so I bet you just havent built up enough HCG to get a positive result.

I agree with the others, you probably implanted late and just haven't had enough time to build up the hsg. Give yourself a few more days, gosh it must be so tough to play this waiting game but just remind yourself of all the good things that are happening right now (nausea, high temp still, no AF, long LP) when you start to feel panicky or anything. Stay busy!

Michelle!! I'll set 'em up... You knock 'em down!!
TMI ALERT... The squeamish may wish to turn back...
I haven't been feeling any more nausea or anything for a while. I felt a bit of cramping and my panties felt damp, so I ran to the bathroom and... like tannish creamy CM. So I put a pantyliner on.
I... I don't know any other way to describe this... so here goes. It feels like I'm having tiny vaginal farts. I was standing in front of the fire feeling all melancholy about the fact that it keeps feeling like AF is coming which probably means AF is coming when I felt another one of those... farts followed by a gush.
I go to the bathroom expecting AF on the liner. Nothing but tannish kinda yellowish CM. I figure "Okay, when I wipe then." I pee, I wipe. Nothing.
I pray with all my heart that I've got a little bean that's just taking it's time getting good and nestled in... because otherwise... that'd just be too cruel.

Girl! Go to the TTC board and to a search for "tan cm", "yellow cm" and "copious amounts of creamy cm" and see how many of them lead to a pregnancy ticker!

Hey Nikki- I always lurk over here to see how you girls are doing and I just wanted to tell you that I just got my bfp on Wed (the 3rd) and had tan cm leading up to that and still have it. I don't know what it is, but I have it and I am pregnant. (My Dr is not concerned and my levels are fine.) Also, I got my bfp on a clearblue digi days before a frer. Not sure why but just wanted to offer you some hope. It ain't over til its over!! Keep us posted!
