Does the length of AF effect your cycle in any way?
Before I got pregnant, AF would last for 3-4 days. My first 2 post-partum AFs lasted 6 days and now this last one was 5 days. Does that tend to effect when you O, etc.?
Haha, not that it really matters, my cycles have been pretty crazy and unpredictable anyway, but just wondering.

Good question...I kind of wondered that myself since I can go anywhere from 3 to 7 days.

I am going to say yes, but mostly because anything, from stress to diet can shift when you O a bit. I had a short AF this month and I Od a little earlier

No, the length of AF doesn't affect it. But whether it's true menstruation or not can! It's only a true menstruation if ovulation was confirmed first. If it wasn't, the bleeding itself can be related to ovulation itself, even if it's heavy enough to seem like menstruation.

I don't think the length of AF affects the length of your cycle. I think the one constant in your cycle is the luteal phase (between O and the start of your period). If you do O late/early I think that affects the length of your cycle.
