Can anyone break down what I should expect temperature-wise during my cycle? I looked on Fertility friend and on here, but I am still a little confused.

Also, I just started taking my temps since I just got my first PP AF and I my son is getting up around the same time every day. On CD1, I took my temp at 7:15, but the past 2 days he has been getting up at 6. CD1 temp was much higher than the other two. Should I just disregard it, since my son slept in a little?

Thanks!

The rule of thumb is that for every hour overslept, subtract .1, and for every hour under, add .1

Many women have a high temperature on CD1. It just hasn't dropped down yet, but usually does the very next day. I see complaints about it constantly. It's normal, and it seems that's what your body did. I wouldn't disregard it, looks accurate.
