i know we shouldn't adjust our temps because it can mess up the chart..but i was so frustrated when i woke up this morning..my room was really cold and i was shivering..is there any rule of thumb for adjusting temp?..when the room temperature is that cold?..

I would personally just leave it. It's pretty close to your previous 2 temps....if it was completely whacky I might tell you to discard it, but I think I would just leave it.

I would agree with all the ladies. Your temp is close to the others, which is normal fluctuation. I have learned from the ladies here not manipuate the chart so that it looks like you want it to!! Good luck.....
