OK, so I'm still obsessing over the lower temps the past few days- bear with me please

I think I MIGHT have figured it out? I have been off the past few days- ever since the lower temps. I never can take my temp at the same time since I work night shift 3-4 nights a week, but I've been off since Friday night. Do you think this would do it? I've never kept track of it before, but I'm wondering if this might be it. I think I'll keep track of it from now on and see if I see a difference/pattern. Plus, I go through cycles where I can't sleep much and this weekend was one of them- and DH's snoring didn't help

OK, I feel a little better now. Even if it's not true, it makes me feel better for a little while at least!
