Last month my temp spiked then I started spotting that same day. Today I have a major temp spike at 13dpo (AF due by Monday) and still a BFN as of last night. I am wondering if anyone else experiences a major temp spike just before AF and if it is normal to do so?

I do sometimes. You can look at my chart from this month. I just had a temp spike and then it dropped yesterday. I started some spotting last night. This morning, I had another drop and more spotting. It doesn't make sense to me, but I guess since it's happened to both of us, it makes me feel better??
Also, there is one month that I had a huge dip (late) and then it started to go back. However, that is the month that I had my chemical.

Hmmm, looking back the only time I had that happen was during my CP as well, but since it's happened to you 2 months in a row, that may be normal for you. Good luck, hopefully it's a better sign next month and you just get your BFP!

Sometimes my temperature drops right before AF, and sometimes it stays up for a day or so after it starts. Normal for me. Interestingly enough both of the times I had a chemical pregnancy, my temp went down before AF started.

Thanks ladies.....I was just a bit confused because yesterday my temp plummeted almost to coverline, then today a huge spike. Very similar to last months chart......guessing this may be normal for me. Still no sign of AF, however I still get BFN so looks like AF will be here by Monday.
