First try discarding the temps from CD23, 24, & 25... if those werent in there at all you wouldnt have a thermal shift at all until just recently. If that doesnt work ... try adding in some fertile cm on CD34 (it says creamy...is there a chance you had more fertile cm and just didnt recognize it that day...or were you stalking your vajayjay like a hawk? )

I really think that CD34 is your O day.

Also try just adding in two more days of higher temps (like the one from today).

thanks for the advice girls..i am buying opks off ebay and hopefully going to be peeing on them next week..for now i put my chart as not pinpointing o..that way if i do o in the next few weeks hopefully ff will pinpoint it on my chart..i've decided though if i don't get a bfp, af or crosshairs in two weeks then i'm going to take provera to jumpstart a new cycle..

OK so here is my thoughts. forgive me if im not thinking straight though because i still am severely jet lagged.
your last cycle according to your chart was 126 days (whoa mama). There are no temps to compare it too but the difference there from Oing when we all originally thought you did is too massive. im thinking that you have not Od as yet.
i really think that you need to use OPKs and check your cervix. Doing both these will help you pinpoint if your thermal shift is O. KWIM??
errr 1 more question... is the long 126 day cycle a norm for you??

lol Krista your advice is very good..and i am ordering OPKs in the next few days..as for the 126 day cycle no that is not normal for me..i was like clockwork before i went on bcp 28 day cycles..and then when i went off it i had one normal cycle and then that ridiculously long one..my doctor said apparently it is quite common to go that long without af after bcp..well if i had known that i never would have used the stupid things!..i finally o'd and then got af..but i was thinking if i haven't o'd by the middle of march i should take provera?..does that sound logical to you girls?..

I'm going to have to agree with Krista. I am not seeing a shift as of yet. It looks like you might have tried to O and then didn't.

how long have you been off of the BCP?? I read somewhere that it can take a while for your body to get back to the norm. I was never really on the pill so i didnt take much notice of the article at the time but i will see if i can find it for you again.
