Can you get a positive OPK and then not ovulate? I got a very positive OPK on CD 18 but now I am at CD 21 and my temp is still down.

I've O'd with no positive OPK, never the other way round... but I suppose it's certainly possible. Lord knows everything else seems to happen!

Hopefully you'll get a nice high temp tomorrow morning!

Best of Luck & Baby

I have had definite +OPK's with all but 1 of my cycles yet my RE told me based on some bloodwork I had that I did NOT O. I just always assumed I did based on the +OPK but obviously I was mistaken
