Hi ladies,
I am ttc #2. My son is 16 months old. I breastfed for about 13 months and JUST got my first AF last month. My first AF back began on Feb 4 and was VERY light and lasted maybe 2 days. We had an IUI done on Feb 14, I used CBE okit to tell me I was Oing. I started AF Feb 27 and have been bleeding for 6 days already (VERY HEAVY). Today is just light spotting so far. I've never had this long or strong of AF, eek. Anyhoo, I am thinking about temping to see what my body is up to. We are wanting to try another IUI this month. With my son, I o'd usually around CD 11. Last month it was also CD 11. But now with these two AFs so close together and strong, dunno when I'm gonna o. I did POAS this morning just incase. I really don't want to miss my o.

Questions:

#1 - So I am off to buy a basal thermometer today, any brand recommendations?
#2 - When I say CD (like above) do I count CD 1 as the first day of AF? Not sure if I'm doing that right LOL. So today is the 6th day of my AF, so CD 6, right?
#3 - Where do I get a chart and how do I post it on my signature block? On photobucket?

Today: FMU CBE O-kit results (CD 6) - I know it's really early, just curious

CD 7 - Temp 97.86

Hi there and welcome to charting One brand of BBT that nobody seems to like is Walgreens. So don't get that one, I tried it, it doesn't work right. I got one from walmart and it works fine. About your second question, yes, the day AF starts is your CD1. SOme women spot before AF and that's not counted as AF. So when you get full flow that's your CD 1. Hope that helps and good luck with the IUI!

You can get a chart from Fertility Friend (you can do a free version or pay for the VIP). If you click on my link in my siggy...it will take you to my chart and from there you can get to their homepage. When you get one, there is a sharing option with a link that you can just post in your siggy (no photobucket necessary).

Best of luck! If you are interested...I am a Group Leader for a group that is for moms TTC # 2. Come on over if you want! JustMommies Message Boards - Trying To Conceive Number Two

fertilityfriend.com is what most of us use it is great to see you chart there and I think you get a 1 month free VIP memebership when you start.

I think your first couple AFs after finishing BFing can be a little wonky so hopefully it normalizes soon.

Oh yeah I am Carrie one of the Hosts of the board
