I am very sorry I havent been keeping up with everything. I used the house excuse once before and I am using it again.

We are trying to buy the house I mentioned before. We walked away because the seller wouldnt negotiate with us. A couple weeks later our agent called saying her's said she changed her mind. So on top of being pregnant and having a sick toddler I have been handling the offer, financing, inspections and water testing and am really tired. I am really sorry I havent been here for you all.

Everything is looking good and if the home inspection passes today there is just water tomorrow and septic today and if everything works out we will get the house May 28th!

ehhh im sorry you are having to deal with the crap that comes along with an escrow. I help the buyers through this on a daily basis (Im a Realtor) and it is very stressful.
I hope your inspection goes grand!!!

RL has to come first!! I know I certainly haven't been around as much as I used to... but honestly, I was slacking on stuff that I need to do IRL. My house wasn't as clean as I like it to be, my laundry was getting backed up... there were even nights where I didn't cook dinner because I never logged off to take something out of the freezer! Not Good.

So don't apologize for living your life!! That's what MOST of your time should go to... this should be for some of the extra time you've got left over.
