My temp took another dive this morning and AF just showed up, so it's on to cycle #4. Obviously I'm dumb for thinking this, b/c it took 6 months to conceive our son, but I never thought (or at least really hoped it wouldn't) it would take this long. I had to wait 10 months before I finally got my post-partum AF and I honestly thought once that happened, I'd get pregnant. I thought we knew more this time around and it would HAVE to happen faster. It only took 2 cycles of charting and one cycle using Mucinex and pre-seed before I got my BFP. So I really thought if we did those same things this time around, I'd get pregnant much easier. Stupid me. So much for that.
Oh, and I called to make an appointment about my 2WW pain down my legs/backache and I can't get in to see the doctor I wanted at my OB/GYN's office until JUNE! It's just for my yearly pap/pelvic and to discuss some issues and there's a 3-month wait? Good grief! So I'm seeing a nurse practioner in a couple weeks. I kind of have a bad feeling that something is really wrong, and that no amount of trying is going to do any good until it's fixed.
I'm sorry she showed. Try not to get too down, though I know that is easier said than done. If it happens to take 6 cycles like your son, well then you are more than half way there!
Ugh, my drs office is like that too! You pretty much can't get in to the actual OBGYN unless you are pregnant. Most of my appts end up being with a NP.
