I should re-introduce myself, but I want to post on this one before I forget and don't come back...lol.

It looks to me like you may not have O'd until CD 16 this cycle and probably not until CD 25 in your last posted cycle. I often have a similar pattern where I actually O a day or two after my last day of most fertile CM. If you have been trying for a while with the timing you mentioned above then you may not be BDing late enough. This happened when we were trying to conceive our third baby. We tried unsuccessfully for 9 months (11 cycles) until one month we were celebrating my birthday and BD'ed then too, which was what I thought was after ovulating and then BAM there she was...lol. I was depending too much on FF and not enough on really paying attention to what was going on.
