What's the scoop with having a temp dip around O time ?? I dont really remember...I *think* I might have felt some O pains yesterday and then this am's temp was a dip, not sure if that's cuz I wore lighter weight pj's than my heavy ones or what but just was curious if maybe there is a chance I O'ed or am O'ing ?!?!? So confused this cycle

Some women get an ovulation dip from a surge of estrogen. Not everyone sees this though, and those who do don't see it every cycle.
