I'm thinking having my flannel sheets on this cycle has helped boost my temps a bit .....its still fun to gaze at a pretty chart though

We've got microfleece sheets on our bed, and I'm wondering if it might be time to switch them out.

DH told me this morning that I slept most of the night completely bare. I told him I knew because I woke up at 5 o'clock praying it was 7 o'clock because I was drenched in sweat and my bladder was so full it was making my lower back hurt.

I rolled over and went right back to sleep. When I temped at 7, it was lower than I expected considering how hot and sweaty I had been 2 hours earlier.

Wonder if I should've temped then. GRRR!!!

Your chart does look good so far!

I can't do flannel sheets...I get too hot!

as long as you keep it consistent throughout the cycle you should be good... I have never ever actually charted in the late summer.... hmm.

This was my first full winter charting... so now I've done all 4 seasons.

Good idea to keep the sheets the same til the end of the cycle. Don't wanna screw with my already screwy looking temps!!
