I got a BFP on 3 tests. My temp dropped a little today and I have no feeling of being preg at all, that's why I am kind of worried my last preg. ended in MC so lets hope it sticks!!

Congrats!! 11DPO is really early, so it's not surprising that you don't feel pregnant yet. I didn't feel "pregnant" at all for quite a while after getting my BFP, and my son arrived perfectly healthy!
