I'm on CD 22 & my temp dipped this morning (5DPO according to FF- i think I'm more like 6 or 7 DPO). I wasn't sleeping well last night (a lot of tossing & turning), so should I omit this temp?

Do you think that it means I'm out for this cycle???

Anyone else have a dip like this then it goes back up ending in a BFP?

It most certainly does not mean you're out. All sorts of dips and spikes are possible when you've got various hormones surging.

Often there is a second surge of estrogen which can cause dips like what you are experiencing. It could also be an implantation dip. It's a touch early, but it has certainly happened before.

I would not discard the temp... FF should be able to work it's way around it just fine.

I agree with Nikki. Its still nice and high above your coverline. Indicate that you were sleep deprived and wait and see about tomorrow but you are most definately NOT out!
