Ok, I'm silly and around O time I sleep really restlessly, I guess b/c I'm so anxious to wake up and see if my temp went up.

So yesterday, CD 20, I woke up at 2:30 in the morning and took my temp just in case I didn't sleep well after that.
It was 96.80
Woke up at 5:30 a.m. (my regular temp time). It was 97.24

I'm not sure which one to use, b/c if I plug in 97.24, FF is going to think I O'd on CD19, and I'm pretty sure I O'd on CD20 (had Lt. sided O pains).

And then, I did the same thing today (CD21)
Woke up at 2:30. My temp was 97.2
Woke up at 4:18. My temp was 97.79 ( a normal post-O temp for me).

Aaagh! What do I do? Why do I do this to myself! I know I *should* probably use the temps closer to my normal waking time for both days, right?

hmm I would say for yesterday maybe use the second one. you got 3 hours of sleep and it was your normal temp time. Today I would use the first one and mark the time (2:30am) and it will likely give you open circles.

The point is more that you Od. not if FF is a day off either way!

And even if it's off by a day or so, it's all about the pattern... not individual temps.
