I bought a digital BBT yesterday. I'm mid-cycle, but I figured I'd start now just to get in the habit of it. Anyway, after a little research, I found out that temping orally isn't very accurate for mouth breathers and I'm totally a mouth breather when I sleep. The BBT I bought says it's for oral use only, but I can't see any reason why it couldn't be used vaginally (unless I'm missing something). I just spent $9 on this one and don't really care to go buy another one if there's no need.
What would you do? Continue to temp orally even though it's probably not very accurate? Use the current BBT to temp vaginally even though it says it's not for vaginal use? Buck up and buy a new one? If so, any suggestions?
Thanks!
