I stopped taking the vitex since it was making my temps erriatic. I'm still having EWCM, but I haven't had a large(r) amount of it in quite a while. I have to go looking for it, otherwise, it's been mostly creamy/sticky (at times). This is the latest I've Oed since I've started charting again back in 2007. I think there were times back in 2000/2001 when I would O on CD 19ish, but I don't have those charts anymore. Anyway, I'm waiting to O so I can start my NPC.

Hmm... it's tough to say.

I do see you've got a couple of temps in the 98's, but there isn't a significant shift in temps yet, really...

Maybe you're having a slower rise this time...?

Possiby CD 16 or 17?

Okay, so I'm pretty sure I've Oed, but now I'm wondering, CD 16 or CD 19? I "think" the last "good" fertile CM I had was friday or sat. Now I wish I would have noted my CM. I still had a day or so of scant stretchy CM after that, so I counted that as EWCM. Grrrrr!

Also, I'm wondering if I should start the NPC this cycle. I almost want to ride it out to see how high my temps get, but I hate all the preAF spotting (with a passion!!). Not to mention all the other PMS signs...
