Hi ladies! I have kind of a strange question but I'm really hoping someone has some advice. I am planning on starting to chart as we are hoping to conceive anytime after DD turns 1 in May. It took us 2 years to get pregnant with her so I'm trying to be more vigilant about my cycles this time. The problem is that I work shift work - 12 hour days and nights and am constantly flipping back and forth between days and nights. Does anyone have any experience with this? How accurate can I get a BBT if in the morning I am coming off of a 12 hour night shift? I guess I am just wondering if it's even worth charting if my body is all over the place. I often think that working shift work is what contributed to our fertility problems since it is so hard on the body.
Anyway, any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
