If AF arrrives (in full force, red blood) at 7p.m. in the evening, that day still counts as CD1, right?

I'm just so used to AF showing up in the morning. It's weird to think I'm already on CD2 when AF just showed up last night.

I would say yes. As long as it was need a tampon like bleeding. I would still note it on my chart though.

I count anything that happens before i go to sleep as that day. I would say CD 2 is good.

Good deal. I like the idea of being further ahead in my cycle. Besides, CD1 is always a stinky day, so I'm glad it only lasted a few hours!
